He responded quickly and was able to provide a brief diagnosis through several photos even before I dropped off my laptop. I was able to drop it off on the next day on Saturday and very luckily he had parts already on hand to make the repair possible. All of this, including pricing and turnaround time, was communicated ahead of time before my drop off.
Chung had also ensure steps for safety and security of my machine, which is greatly appreciated.
I would hope that I would never need to see him again, but if I did, unluckily, have another issue with my Macbook, he would be the first person I would go to and I would be in luck to know Chung is someone I can depend on for his amazing service. Entirely grateful that I am able to get back to working with my machine on following Monday. Thank you Chung for everything you do.

Great service, but when I later went to another macbook repair place for a different issue, they found that he stole pieces from my mac when he was repairing it
Chung was able to provide me with an over-the-phone consultation and quote for my damaged Macbook Air screen, which was significantly lower than what London Drugs and Apple had quoted. I was able to drop off my laptop that same day, and Chung got it back to me in less than 2 days fully fixed! Very thankful for his efficiency and knowledge.
Mr. Chung is very quick, reliable, honest, and experienced! He replies to text messages quickly, and originally he quoted me 3 days and $380 to fix my MacBook, but he ended up taking less than a day and only charged me $50 in the end!! (It was a smaller problem than expected). I highly recommend!

I spilled an entire glass of electrolyte drink over the mac laptop. It was not turning on so I brought it to a local store. The told me they found damage on the logic board and battery and it would be $875+tax to fix, plus 129.99 to back up my data.
I declined their proposal and went onto google.
Found Chung, read his reviews and immediately got in touch. Chung said it would be $225+tax to repair the logic board or $300 to replace if needed.
I dropped it off the next day (Wednesday morning). Chung was very professional, sent me a photo so I had proof I dropped it off and also sent a photo of his drivers license. He said it would take about 4 days to have it sorted. 2 days later (Friday night) Chung sent me a photo of the laptop on and working telling me it was ready to pick up. The total price was as he mentioned $225 + tax (total $252).
I was BEYOND happy. Absolutely fantastic experience and will be recommending him to anyone that I know.

Service that is second to no one! Took our MacBook Pro to the Apple store after it wouldn’t turn on and Apple quoted us about $1,300 and a few weeks to get the computer fixed and also we would lose all our data! Did some searching and found the talented Chung who actually takes a part a computer and goes through in detail to pin point the problem wether it be a capacitor, diode, transistor etc. He was able to take apart the laptop and logic board and replace the specific capacitor that was the issue. Saved me over a thousand dollars, data, and time! I would recommend none other than him.
